About Me
Hi!
I’m Adam. In short- I’m a content creator, travel filmmaker, and spontaneous adventurer. I love trying new things to make epic memories. Currently, I make wholesome videos on the internet, which have cultivated an audience of over 2,000,000 followers across platforms. My biggest goal is to share stories that inspire people to: seek more empathy, live life to the fullest, and question what’s possible. Scroll to learn more! 👇
Here’s my story
Basically, I’ve had a kinda weird path in life.
I grew up in New Jersey, USA 🇺🇸 for my first 18 years. As a kid, I was both a rule-breaker and a creative nerd. I loved challenging what was possible. I tried EVERYTHING. Skateboarding. A photography blog. I started my own sneaker bot software business. I even learned how to backflip on a scooter. My dream was to legitimately become both an astronaut and a YouTuber. So- I read quantum physics books about the universe. I even started multiple YouTube channels. But… none of that really panned out into anything substantial.
I didn’t think I was good enough.
As I got older, I honestly just lost confidence in my video-making and stopped. I still wanted to be an astronaut, so logically that’s when I began my career of aerospace engineering. I worked hard at it. I got a job at NASA in 2018, received the 20 Twenties (Top 20 STEM leaders in the world) award by Aviation Week in 2019, and a Bachelors degree from the University of Maryland in 2020. But still- that desire for creative expression was bottled up inside of me.
Many spontaneous adventures (pictured: 26.2-mile marathon in new country 🏴 with a stranger).
Worked as a stunt double on a European TV show
Along the way, I managed to juggle a bunch of other side projects…
Co-created a nonprofit virtual summer camp for young creatives.
Managed Yes Theory’s global 100k+ member travel community - sparking meetups worldwide
Employed as “Head of Adventure” for GoJoe- documenting inspiring around the world
… And much much more.
Through all these projects, I realized one thing.
I love seeking new experiences, pushing myself creatively, and helping others. And this could all be done through filmmaking. But as soon I graduated… I was scared. I just worked years to finish my degree, had no money, and would forfeit the safe career waiting for me. Deep inside though, I knew if I gave up filmmaking- I would regret it forever.
So I went for it. I ditched all my plans, worked odd jobs, saved money, and went fully for it. I traveled to places I’ve only dreamed of. I made the films I’m truly proud of. I crossed off half of my bucket list. I found lifelong best friends. I finally had the courage to put myself out there.
